Sowles Bay Yacht Club is, quite simply, a great place to keep your boat for the summer!!!!
The Yacht Club is a private, family - oriented boating facility located on Lake James (Angola, IN). Of course, as a member, you'll have your own dock space to moor your boat; but The Yacht Club offers a whole lot more than just a pier slip.........We have a spacious clubhouse, a private beach, plenty of guest parking, showers and many other amenities.
Founded in 1993 by Marcia Conley, Sowles Bay Yacht Club has blossomed from 2 "porta-potties" and 13 members, to one of the premier boating facilities in northern Indiana.
Just ask any of our wonderful members, the Yacht Club is a relaxing environment with which you can treat as your own.......It's a place you can truly call "home"!!!
